Event Description:

Join us for Queer Connect, part of National Coming Out Week at Temple University. Hear an engaging discussion
as Temple alumni panelists share the challenges and successes of their careers while maintaining their identity. Access the event here.

This panel strives to connect students with peers, professionals and alumni to build their network while learning about a variety of skills necessary for navigating the workforce as a member of the LGBTQIA2S+ community. Students and alumni will enjoy listening to a small panel discussion and engage in a Q&A. Attendees will gain a better understanding of career paths taken by community members, and how to advocate for oneself and others while navigating the world of work.

This event was created in partnership with the Temple University Career Center, the Office of Institutional Diversity, Equity, Advocacy and Leadership (IDEAL) and with support from Alumni and Constituent Engagement.
