Tasting Rome

Husband and wife owners of Melograno Restaurant Chef Gianluca Demontis, a native of Rome, and Temple Rome alumna Rosemarie Tran, CLA ’97, will host an evening dedicated to Roman food specialties!

Attendees will dine on antipasto della casa and choice of entree (lamb or fish), accompanied by polenta, roasted potatoes with rosemary, dolce and vino! Included is a cooking demonstration of Roman pasta favorite cacio e pepe. Join us to learn how each dish you enjoy is specific to the culinary traditions of Rome. Proceeds will benefit the Temple Rome Scholarship Fund.
