Temple License Plates
Put some Temple pride on your ride and be the envy of everyone on the road. Alumni, students, parents, employees and friends can purchase a Temple license plate through the Office of Alumni Relations.
What’s even better is that a portion of the Temple license plate fee qualifies as a tax-deductible donation and directly benefits the Office of Alumni Relations and supports alumni programming. So when you purchase a Temple license plate, you’re not only showing your Temple spirit, but also paying it forward to your alma mater.

Don’t live in one of these states? If you live in states where Temple license plates are unavailable, you can still show off your Owl pride by purchasing a license plate frame from the Temple University Bookstore. Also, make sure to update your contact information so you can be the first to know when Temple license plates expand to additional states.
If you are interested in purchasing a Temple license plate, you must first fill out an online License Plate Request Form.
Once the online form is completed and submitted, you will receive a paper application for a Temple license plate within 1-2 weeks.
You must then return the completed paper application to the Office of Alumni Relations, which is required to submit it on an individual’s behalf to the motor vehicle department in his or her home state. The departments of motor vehicles participating in this program will not accept applications directly from individuals.
Once everything is completed and submitted, you should expect to receive your Temple organizational license plate within 6-8 weeks.
